Gold ribbon covered folded in an oval shape and bound at the bottom in a bow with the dates «1574». Inside the ribbon is a gold figurative shield divided in two parts: on the upper is the Orenburg Region coat of arms: the upper part consists of a Russian double headed eagle beneath three gold Imperial crowns and a gold St. Andrew cross.
